‘The Barbara Stanley Gallery’
first opened in Putney, London in 2002. Following the expansion
to a larger premises and the opening of the ‘ Sculpture
Garden , by Diarmid Gavin in April 2005, the gallery is now widely
recognised as London’s only gallery solely representing
Irish Contemporary Art. The Gallery is well placed to offer the
best of Irish art and this has been enthuastically received by
visitors and supporters. Irish painting and sculpture has caught
the imagination of the art world and the gallery showcases the
work of established and renowned artists in addition to the works
of emerging young painters. The gallery provides a friendly and
professional service and customers are encouraged to browse or
to ask for advice if required.
The Gallery runs exhibitions throughout
the year and represents some of Ireland's best established
and emerging artists. Artists
