Trevor
Geoghegan
Born in London in 1946, Trevor graduated from The Chelsea
School of Art.
In 1971 he moved to Blessington, Ireland the village his
Father emigrated from where he now lives and works.
All of Trevor’s work, be it landscape, still life or townscape,
is distinguished by formal pictorial values of composition,
light and colour, with strong architectural drawing and geometric
influences.
Trevor currently lectures at the National College of Art
and Design, Dublin and holds drawing workshops at the National
Gallery of Ireland. His work features in several private collections
in Ireland, USA, Germany, Japan, Canada, Hungary, UK and Scotland
and in numerous public collections. He has also featured on
Irish radio and television.
